If you’re going to invest in fresh truffles, it’s important to know exactly where and who they came from to ensure you’re getting authentic, premium produce.

Australian Truffle Traders (ATT) grow and supply Two Providores with fresh black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) from the Southern Forests of Manjimup, Western Australia. Prized by many of the world’s best chefs and restaurateurs for their quality and consistency, their truffles are from the most prolific truffle growing region in the Southern Hemisphere.

Headed up by the Booth family, who’ve been part of the Manjimup truffle industry for over a decade and are considered worldwide as one of Australia’s most experienced truffle families, Gavin, Mel and their son Brin are hands-on in every aspect of the business. From growing and distribution, to dog training and hunting, they value the land and don’t take any shortcuts, nurturing their soil, trees and environment to produce perfect truffles that are unearthed at the peak of their freshness.

The truffles, which are nurtured on the roots of a mix of oak and hazelnut trees, are hunted out by truffle dogs (and honorary Booth family members) Gidgee, Molly and Max, who have the uncanny ability to hunt out only the ripest of truffles to be unearthed by hand. Within 24-48 hours of harvest, chefs and distributors around the world can have perfectly ripe Australian truffles in their hands.

Two Providores is currently selling various grades of ATT fresh black truffles via pre-order. Simply place your order by Monday morning, the truffles will be harvested on Tuesday morning, and you'll receive them by Thursday.
