The Rodriguez family hail from a long line of artisan butchers from the region of Llerena in Extremadura, Spain. Rogelio Rodriguez Snr and his wife Elvira arrived in Sydney during the 1970’s and began producing quality, authentic Spanish smallgoods in Leichhardt. Since then the business has expanded to the current location at Yagoona and services many leading Spanish restaurants throughout Australia, as well as providing retail, wholesale and foodservice products for the European and Latin American communities. 

Rodriguez Bros. was the first family owned and operated company to start producing authentic Spanish smallgoods in Australia, at a time when ethnic delicacies were hard to come by. Established in 1973, Rodriguez Bros. has been the market leader in artisan Spanish smallgoods for over three decades. The raw ingredients that go into a Rodriguez product are specifically chosen for their adherence to premium quality and an authentic Spanish recipe, handed down through the generations.
