HOW TO ORDER
Go to www.twoprovidores.com.au and click ‘RETAIL ORDER ONLINE’.
Browse our products and add to the cart.
Choose ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pick-up’ upon checkout.
For Pick-up, select your chosen day (see details below).
For Delivery, we will be in contact (see details below).
Then check-out and pay online.
Online orders must be received by 7pm for next day pick up.
PICK UP – NO CHARGE
Pick-up orders can be place for the next business day.
Pick-up are only available between 9am – 4pm, Monday – Friday.
Our pick-up address is Unit 2, 25 – 35 Fitzroy St, Marrickville, 2204
DELIVERY – $25 DELIVERY FEE ($200 min. order)
Minimum 48-hour lead time for all deliveries.
Our customer service team will be in touch the day after you place your order to confirm your order and choose a suitable delivery date. Delivery will be available from the day after we have been in confirmed the order.
Deliveries are available between 9 am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
On the day of your delivery, we will be in contact with a time window to ensure you will be home to accept the delivery. If you will not be home, we will leave the products at your door, or as per instructions received over the phone, however no liability will be taken for missed or damaged products once they are left.
Two Providores do not operate on public holidays.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS & REFUNDS
We apologise in advance for any out of stock items. Refunds can be made by EFT or to your credit card, as agreed at with our customer service team. Bank account or credit card details will be requested for processing.
Our friendly customer service team are available to take your call from 6am – 7pm Monday to Thursday & Friday from 6am to 4pm. We are not open on public holidays.

Online ordering and account information
Easy to use website which is mobile responsive offering images and descriptions to assist with understanding provenance, application and flavour profiles of our products. Once logged in, customers have access to their recently order items, favourites, account information, previous invoices and online payment facilities.
Friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Our customer service team is available to help by offering product advice and assist with any issues that may arise during the ordering or delivery process.

Next day delivery (Monday – Friday) for metro Sydney orders that are placed by 10pm. online. Various delivery schedules operate for the outer regions of Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and Canberra.
