Asterisk Kitchen was founded in October 2012 by Kate and Younes Khazour.
Younes is a French born and raised chef/patisserie who has worked for several hatted restaurants. 
The pair started from very humble beginnings in a home-kitchen testing sweet cakes for the local market along the banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River. 
Today they now have a kitchen in Ringwood where Director and Chef/Patisserie Younes continues to research and develop products that aim to reflect French elegance, fine dining and a deep philosophy for good food.
